Page Introduction

To add a “Page Introduction”, navigate to the page that is using the “Email Form” module and go to the box labeled “Email->Page Introduction” which will be located at the top of the page.

Here you can add an optional description about your email form using the Rich Text Editor. Notice that there are two additional options. The first, “Email Form To”, is where you would add the email address that you would like this form feedback to be sent to. To add more than one email address, separate each email address with a comma. Note that semi-colons will not work in place of commas.

The next, “# of Fields”, is where you specify how many fields you would like to have in your form. Keep in mind that you can always add more fields later. Fields are boxes where your users will enter information. When you have completed adding your data, click the “Create Form” button.

Notice that the page introduction has the option to add an image. To add an image, click the “Image” tab to expand the image options. For more information on adding images, please refer to the “Adding Images” portion of the manual. To add a file, click the “File” tab to expand the file options. For more information about adding files, please refer to the “Adding Files” portion of the manual.
