Creating a Survey

Before any questions or answers can be added, a new survey needs to be created. To add a survey scroll to “Survey > Manage” and to the “Survey > Add” section.

The only required field is “Title”. Type the survey a title and click “Save”. Once a survey has been added in order to make it active you will need to enable it.

There may be as many surveys created as you like, but there may only be one enabled at a time. To enable a survey, select the survey that you wish to enable and click “Save Enabled”. This section is also where you can edit and delete surveys, simply click the corresponding link. When deleting a survey keep in mind that you delete ALL the questions, answers, and results within that survey.
