How do I forward one email account to another email account?

Say that Jimmy (jimmy@mywebsite.com) is going to be out of office for a few days and you want to forward his email to another employee Bob (bob@mywebsite.com).

 

  1. Login to webmail as either the user you would like to forward the email from (jimmy@mywebsite.com) or as postmaster.

  2. Click on Administration

  3. If you are logged in as postmaster, click "Email Accounts" and then the "Modify User" icon of the user, otherwise if you are logged in as the user it will display the user's information.

  4. Scroll down to "Mail Routing Information".

 

 

  1. Click the "Foward Mail Delivery" option

  2. Enter the email address you would like to foward the email to.

  3. If you would like to save a copy of the email before you foward it to the other account. Click the "Save a Copy" checkbox.

  4. Click the "Modify User" button to save the changes.

  5. If you would like to remove the Forward Mail, simply click the "Standard Mail" option and save your changes.
