Ordering Areas and Subsections

The “Site Map” is also used to re-order the areas and subsections on your website. As an example, if you wanted to change the page visitors see when first going to your website, you would do it here.

Simply changing the numbers to reflect the order you would like to display will change the order of the areas and subsections (pages) on the website.

The first area in the list will display as the left most area in the front end which will be the page that visitors will “land” on when they first come you’re your website. The second area will display as the second and so forth. This allows you to change the layout of your website painlessly.

The same process is used for the pages. To view the pages within an area, click on the folder icon next to the name of the area that the pages are in. Something similar to the following should be displayed:

When you have adjusted the order of the areas or subsections (pages) click the “Change Order” button to save the changes.
