Quick Updates Reference

 

  1. To log into your website:
  • Type website url  into the Web browser.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page, in the right corner click the "login" link.
  • Type your username into the username box.
  • Type your password into the password box.
  • Click the “Login” button.

 

 

  1. To view or edit page or area names on your website:

    • Click the “Admin” link in the top navigation.
    • Click the “Site Map” link on the side navigation.
    • Click on each folder to view the pages within that area.

 

 

  1. To add an area:

    • Click the “Admin” link in the top navigation.
    • Click the “Area” link on the side navigation.
    • Name the area.
    • Select the type of area you would like.
    • Click the “Save” button.

 

  1. To add a subsection (page):
  • Click the “Admin” link in the top navigation.
  • Click the “Page” link on the side navigation.
  • Name the subsection in the name field.•
  • Choose which area the subsection should go into.
  • If you would like this to be a link, select the option below.
  • Choose what type of tool you would like to layout the content.
  • Click the “Save” button.

 

 

  1. To edit an existing page:
  • Navigate to the appropriate page.
  • Click the “edit” link below the block of information you would like to edit.
  • If an image is going to be edited, click the Image tab.
  • To upload a file, select the File (pdf, video, etc.) tab.
  • Click the “Save” button after the information has been edited.
