Survey Module

The survey module was developed with the poll module and email form in mind. This modules gives you the ability to create and manage a variety of different types of questions and answers with reporting and email options.

To create a “Survey” page, you must first create a new subsection using the “Survey” module. To learn how to create new subsections please refer to the “Subsections” page.
