The Rich Text Editor

The “Rich Text Editor” is a fundamental aspect of your website. This is the most common tool you will use to add and edit blocks of content. The list of tools the Rich Text Editor has available is outlined below:

  1. ‘Source’ button used to view the HTML code. (Advanced Users)
  2. ‘Cut’ button used to cut items out of the block of text.
  3. ‘Copy’ button used to copy text.
  4. ‘Paste’ button used to paste text and images.
  5. ‘Paste as plain text’ button used to paste unformatted text.
  6. ‘Paste from word’ button used to paste formatted text from Word.
  7. ‘Decrease Indent’ button used to decrease an indent.
  8. ‘Increase Indent’ button used to increase an indent.
