Page Introduction

To add a “Page Introduction”, navigate to the page that is using the “Directory” module and go to the box labeled “Directory->Page Introduction” which will be located at the top of the page.

You will also see there are three options you can add to the directory listing: “News Style Layout”, “Show All Category”, and “Directories on page”.

The “News Style Layout” allows you to reverse the order of the articles. The listing with the highest order number would go first, and the listing with the lowest number would go last, and so forth. The “Show All Category” will add an “All” category on the front end of the website search box. This is useful if you would like your users to be able to view all listings in every category. The “Directories on page” option enables paging, so if you entered 5 that would mean five directory listings per page, to disable the paging feature you just need to fill it with a 0. On the front end of your website at the bottom of the directory listing page on your website it would display how many pages there are. To add an image, click the “Image” tab to expand the image options. For more information about adding images, please refer to the “Adding Images” portion of the manual. To add a file, click the “File” tab to expand the file options. For more information about adding files, please refer to the “Adding Files” portion of the manual.
