Adding a Video

Now you should see the “Video Gallery > Upload Video” box located below. This is where you can upload videos to your gallery.

Select the video you would like to upload. Supported video formats include flv, avi, mpg, mpeg, wmv, mp4 & 3gp and maximum file size is 100MB. Next option is to select a category from the dropdown, if categories have been enabled in the description. The player logo allows the selection of a predefined logo, refer to “Video Logo” section of the manual for more information. The screenshot time interval option allows the specification of where in the video to select the thumbnail. There is also an optional caption that you can put below your image. The last option is embed code, the embed code puts a box below the video that gives the code so your users could copy the code and paste it in another website. Click “Save” to upload the video and note that depending on the size of the video and Internet connection that the video may take more than a view minutes to upload.

Now you should see the video you have uploaded under a box labeled “Video Gallery”. If you have categories enabled there will a dropdown box where you can select the category of videos you would like to view.

From here you can edit, delete and re-order your videos by clicking the corresponding link. To view the video click the thumbnail and the video will load in a new window. To save the order, click the “Save Order” button.
