Searching Clients

There is also a separate advanced page for searching clients. One thing to note is that this search not only searches clients, but leads and discontinued clients as well.

To use the advanced search, click the “Search Clients” link on the side navigation.

The search is just a basic keyword search, but not only does it search the client name, it also searches the address, phone number, fax number, email, and additional information. So this is useful in case you know the address or email, but don’t remember the client name. When you have entered a keyword, click the “Search” button.

The same layout will be the same as viewing clients. To view more information or to edit the client, click the “Edit” link.
