Call Search

The call search is a quick and easy way to search for a specific phone call. The keyword search will search all fields, including caller, date, phone number, assigned to, any text that has been put in the about and result fields. The call search will search both incoming and outgoing calls.

To search for a call, click the “Call Search” link on the side navigation.

Type in the keyword you would like to search for. For example: chocolate.

Below the search keyword box, the results will be displayed.

To view more information about the phone call, click the “View” link. The phone call will be displayed below the results.
