Send a Message

To send an SMS message, you will need to make sure that the user, along with the correct address, has been added. Once they have been added you can view the current users under the “SMS Management” box.

To send a message to a single user, click the “Send” link under the “Send Message” column beside the user you would like to send the message to. To send a message to a group of users click the “Send” link under the “Send Message” column beside the group name. If a group has no users in it, no message will be sent.

Type in the message you would like to send. The maximum number of characters that you are able to send is 140. As you type, you will notice that beside the SMS length, the number “0” will increase and keep track of the number of characters you can have entered so far. If you go over the number of characters, your message will not be sent.

Once your message is complete, click the “Send SMS” button. If you message was successfully sent, you will see a success message at the top of the screen.
