Manage Groups

Groups allow you to send the same SMS message to multiple people at once. Simply create and group and add the users to that group.

To add a group, click “Manage Groups”.
 

Give the group a name and select the Permissions. The Permissions can be all, Office, Office Medium, and Office Low. The “Office” can view all levels, the “Office Medium” can view office medium and office low, and “Office Low” can only view office low. Select “All” to allow all users to view the groups. Click “Add Group”.

Once a group has been added it can be viewed in the “SMS Group Management” box.

To edit or delete a group click the corresponding link. If the group being deleted has users in it, the user will be reset to be in no group. To send a message to a group, refer to the “Send a Message” section.
