Viewing the Messenger

When you login to office, the messenger will appear in the bottom right hand corner of the site.

The number of people online shows beside the online link, to view who is online click the online link.

If you would like to change how your name is displayed, you can change it “My Profile” under display name. For more information, refer to the “My Profile” section.
