If you are attempting to connect to the webmail servers while using Internet Explorer, you will need to connect to http://mail. your domain name

If you are using Mozilla you can connect to http://mail. your domain name. 

Here, you type in your email address, password, and if you would like, a different language from English. English is the default language.

Your email address must be your full email address and not just the username. For example, bob@mywebsite.com.
