How do I create a Vacation Email Message?

Say you are going on vacation and want an auto response email to let your clients know that you are out of the office until a certain date.

 

  1. Login to Webmail as the user or you may also do this as postmaster.

  2. Click on Administration

  3. If you are logged in as postmaster, click "Email Accounts" and then the "Modify User" icon of the user, otherwise if you are logged in as the user it will display the user's information.

  4. Scroll down to "Mail Routing Information".

 

 

  1. Click the "Vacation Mail Delivery" option.

  2. Enter in a subject.

  3. Enter in an email message.

  4. Click the "Modify User" button to save changes.

  5. If you would like to remove the Vacation message, simply click the "Standard Mail" option and save your changes.
