Under "Delivery" is where you are able to manage if mail is kept on the server or not when it is download by Outlook. If you don't want to leave a copy of the message on the server, make sure the checkbox is NOT checked.

If you would like to keep a copy on the server, check the checkbox, and there are also two additional options. You can remove it from the server after a certain amount of days, or when its in "Deleted Items".

It is highly recommended that you do not leave email on the server, as you only have a certain amount of space for email on the server.
