I am having a problem adding or sending my attachment

First thing you should do is check the file size. The maximum size that you are able to send through webmail is around 12-15 MB. Anything larger than that will probably not be able to send. If you are sending through Outlook or another mail client and you are using Shaw or Telus as an Internet Service Provider (ISP), you are looking at more of a maximum size of 8-9 MB.
